We don't know what the macroeconomic environment will be like in 2026. It's a little early to get into the Nitty Gritty (WISCONSIN!!!) now.

And to show how diverse we are as a pilot group, I couldn't care two sh*ts about domestic hotels and especially breakfasts in them. Hotel breakfasts in US are disgusting 99% of the time. I hope we don't waste any negotiating capital in securing pre-packaged muffins and powdered eggs.

Majority of our domestic hotels would be fixed by changing the language what "downtown" means.

Negotiating in public

And whether you realize it or not, every single time you say "heavy on this" or "this is my list" or anything else on a web forum, you unintentionally undercut our negotiators position. The company literally shows our posts in negotiations to argue that our union is asking for more or different things than what we want. It's sometimes tough not to contribute to these threads, but if you have input, the negotiaition committee email is published on the union website and they are always ready to hear our feedback and what matters to us... And it doesn't take much longer than hitting the reply button here.
