Default Based/Living Abroad ?

Good evenign to everyone. Atlas hire international/foreign pilots who are based abroad like National? In that case, salary is subject to same taxes as living in the US?

Regards,

Regards,
No Atlas pilots are based abroad. They may live abroad and commute, they may have a temporary outbase abroad, but no permanent bases abroad. Yes, you can expect to be taxed.

Regards,
Hi ArJockey,

There are tax specialists who do accounting for pilots. They might talk to you about your specific situation if you ask.

Since Google search results change depending on GEO location, your searches might not show the same options as my search did. That is why I added these links.

If anyone else has an accounting company they know and trust, or know of any problems with those listed below, I hope they will comment.

https://pilot-tax.com/
https://www.aviatortax.com/
https://www.aircrewtaxes.com/experienceaircrew.html
https://www.aviationcpafirm.com/flig...reparation.htm

For what it's worth, I don't know any of them. I'm just offering a helping hand.

So if you are not US citizen or have working visa, you cannot be an Atlas Pilot, right?
