Well, in fairness Korea isn't the most exciting of places. You can ask most crewmembers and if they all agree that it's "okay" then maybe they're on to spmething.
Going to Incheon not like going to Bangkok or Hanoi...and Koreans aren't as warm or friendly as the Thais are...heck even Koreans go to Thailand to get away from Koreans!
In terms of having rights - well there are certain rights or things you can enjoy in Korea that you can't in the US. For example, you can get a can of beer at a 7/11 in Korea, sit outside and enjoy it. You can't do that in the US. Or for example you walk around in the middle of the night in Korea and not worry about getting mugged or shot. Not so much in the US.
But going back to the question at hand - yeah there probably wont be an official base in Korea although it would be neat if they did. Id prolly bid for it!
