the pilots cba at ups and the company so far as their operating certificate goes anyway operate under the RLA...says it right in Article 1.A.1

are you refering to the ups's ground operation?

UPS is a trucking company that happens to have pilots. FedEx is an airline that happens to have trucks. Make sense? Yeah, me neither. But it's been that way since long before my Aviation Law classes many moons ago.

yes i am familiar with the history of both,
your description is certainly accurate..does not change the fact the UPS operates under the RLA like every other entity with an Air Carrier Certificate

Am hearing either a sizeable order for a large number A350F's or more likely, 777-9XF's. Which therefore means it's true.
