The training bottleneck is hurting the INDUSTRY, not unique to Atlas. I have talked to several crew members that have had delays as large and even much larger then what Atlas is experiencing right now.

2nd/3rd year UPS F/O, 74. Should gross about 300k this year. Averaging 15-16 days per month, so picking up the occasional JA and trip trading for a few extra hours here and there, but nothing outrageous. If the JAs dry up, that number will go down. Just for comparison, I have no dog in this fight.
If all you did was fly draft, that's 1728CH for the year, $363k
If half of your flying was draft, 1459CH, $307k
If all your flying was at straight time, $243k
It's like Southwest FOs, "I dont work hard, maybe 12-14 days a month, and make $300k+ a year."
So only working "15-16 days," and picking up the "occasional" JA, I find it interesting you'll get to $300k. Now, if you're standing 5 days of reserve where you dont get called, and flying 15-16 days, for a total of 20-21 days actually worked, I believe it.
By your math, Captains on the 74 working "15-16 days" a month must be north of $500k.
That’s some good living.

And you don't need to couch it as "interesting", that looks weak. Why not just come all the way out and say this guy on the internet is lying because...I dunno, reasons?
I'll leave you weirdoes to your thread now.
