Yep, you're the same person I'm arguing with. Why did you want me to check your username? Are you OK? You're not making much sense. You're the one who also is claiming that it's "almost impossible" to be an LCA in less than 2 years because you've never seen one.
A pilot doesn't have to get an LCA position over 1,000 Captains. Many either do not want it or have been denied. LCA positions aren't given out based on seniority, are they? Keep calling me a troll. It's such a convincing argument.
You've yet to provide evidence to your claim that it's "almost impossible" to become an LCA in under 2 years.
I've noticed from your previous posts that you're also an Atlas cheerleader. Our pilot group is doomed with so many company men/women. We're less likely to ever get a standard or better contract with people like you.

Aviation as a whole is an industry of subjective evaluations onto which we paint a veneer of objective standards. So we tie our fates to our reputations, and we succeed when people see our successes more than our failures and vice versa. A great pilot as assessed one evaluator can be mediocre as seen by another. When evaluators talk they form a consensus about a person and that sticks. When communications get weird or extraneous factors get into a couple evaluator's minds, bad assessments get made. This is why a check airman can complain about something inane on Facebook and there's always a train of people saying "I agree, sir!". If image didn't matter, this wouldn't happen.
The problem with all this doubling down is that it makes you look more wrong rather than more right. I'm not telling you to be quiet; I'm saying I believe I understand your need to be right here. I've been in this same spot myself. The only way to win this game is not to play. Speak your mind, but don't corkscrew when someone calls you names. They'd be calling you names if you were dead silent too. None of this should carry any more emotion than choosing which brand of battery to buy at the hardware store.
I respect you. Chill out. You've got friends. Maybe channel all this into FCRs and ASAPs? There's tons of dumb crap that happens on any given flight. Usually pilots ignore it all. If we're going to be noisy, why not be noisy in ways that at least have the potential to get something done?

You're trying to assert your points because you need us to respect you. We do respect you. But you're doubling down on bad assertions and caught in a spot where you don't want to be publicly wrong. This is a common problem, and I'd wager it's a little more common than normal in aviation.

Envoy and Piedmont are now a better option for pilots because they have the potential to get paid at a higher rate than at Atlas (and great bonuses which Atlas doesn't provide) and that annoys you Atlas cheerleaders so badly and it's incredibly satisfying to see you all become so enraged at your inability to counter that claim.
Then there's this from APC: "NEW Industry Experience Credit — Pilots with previous Part-121 experience can count their years of service toward compensation rates, vacation days and retirement benefits at Envoy. Those hours are also eligible for Captain Pay as a First Officer."
That's a much better value proposition than Atlas for someone with previous 121 experience.
You're all talk and no substance, Company Man.

All of that talk and not a single bit of evidence to back up the claim that it is impossible or "almost impossible" to become an LCA at Envoy within 2 years. If you think I'm wrong, then back it up.

Is that all you came here to say? You've still provided no evidence to back up your claims. Go ahead and give it a try. I'll be waiting.

You think that the opinion of a few Atlas cheerleaders on here equals something equivalent to the "entire world"? What a bizarre statement.

“Entire world”, yeah, it’s an expression, but all you can do is criticize the literal meaning of a word or expression? OK!.
Better to be a cheerleader, which only you think this, than being an entitled and bitter individual.
New Balance and phone on your belt huh?

You still haven't provided any evidence for your claims. And now you resort to attacking my perceived age? What an ageist you are. You seem really triggered. It must be incredibly frustrating when you're unable to counter a claim with evidence when you so pompously declared that you could and now all you can do is make petty personal attack after petty personal attack.

No, I didn't. I said, "equals something equivalent to the "entire world"". "Something equivalent to" does not equal the literal meaning. English is hard for you, isn't it?

yeah yeah English is not my first language, that’s all you have?. I speak Spanish, English German and Italian, how about ya McJoke? How many tell me.
It’s not about age, it’s about attitude, which everybody can see already how great yours is.
My sincere apologies if I misspelled something. I came to your country legally, I promise.
