Outside of initial training breaks, Atlas are most definitely not commuting guys internationally (Aus or otherwise).

Seniority status
EXACTLY!!!
Atlas is like MORE THAN four different airlines. For example, talked to a 767 JFK Captain. He said ALL he does is pax flying, flying specops mil troops around the globe, to all kinds of odd locations.
767 reserve pilot CVG is NOTHING like 747/777 pilots...basically, no reserve as you think of at a regular airline...you usually just fly, and usually the same places as a line pilot.
MIA 747...you do MIA trips, mostly South of MIA.
ORD 747, you do ORD trips, IAH trips, MIA trips, JFK trips, ANC trips, LAX trips, CVG trips, etc.

National pilot here. Absolutely true.
1-The company pays for the pilots worldwide travel to/from home. Not just domestic.
2-The company does not break up the 13 days off regardless of junior pilot status.
3-The 13 days off are really “13.” Not “11.” Travel to/from work is only on days “On.”
But, I’m just a National pilot. What do I know?

Thanks for the input Cliff. Anyone have insight on current seniority status of bases/airframes? I have heard many recent new hires going to the 767, is that the most transitory frame for both internal or external movement? With only 18, including the new order of 4, is the 777 an established frame with high seniority both left and right seats?
You will not be getting or renewing a clearance to hold this job. We move everything from troops to NFL teams to families. Basic, passenger charter stuff. It's cool, but it's nothing high order. We're not special.
The idea that we have several types of operations contained in one company is an accurate one, though.
As for what plane is junior its hard to say. The 767 fleet has been shrinking. New hires are getting all airframes, so it's a toss up with what you'll get.
Junior bases are ANC for the 747, CVG for the 767,777. Someone better informed can speak about the 737 operation.

The 767 is the 3rd most junior after the 73. However it doesn't look like there will be any growth on that fleet for awhile so while a lot of people will bid off to other airplanes after their seat freeze is over. But, the people who do enjoy the 767 flying are going to be staying there. What that comes down to is that for the first two years you will see a lot of senior people ahead of you move off the plane but after that movement will slow down considerably. This last preliminary award did have decent amount of upgrades on the 76 and captain lateral transfers over to the 74 so there it's not totally locked up. As for the 777 it's just a few months more senior than the 76 but that's for sure where all the growth is going to be in the future, and the widebody pay is close enough that any kind of added airframes is going to create backfills on the most junior plane so I don't expect any of the upgrade times between the widebody fleets to differ by more than a year. The upgrade time on the 737 is a little over 2 and half years into CVG, but unfortunately the captain pay on that airplane is a joke. You often see people downgrading in bids to sit right seat in the 74/777 to make more money. So unless you like to bid a minimum schedule, need PIC or are looking for training center opportunities it's a bit meh.

That relationship is with the Air Mobility Command at Scott AFB. They decide and allocate who moves whom and/or what.

Some posts back somebody mentioned we move special types. We just move whoever we're told to move. We're not dedicated to a specific task force or anything like that. I wasn't clear.
