A lot of north-south routes to places in S. America. The base is pretty senior.

777 Info
Hi everyone, quick question on Atlas 777 ops. The first post of this thread mentions from early 2021 mentions "777 (from what I gather): DHL. Laps around the planet to the same places. More stable schedule. Mellow folk." There is a lot of info on 747/767/737 ops on here, but I can't seem to find much about the 777--I'm hoping to get recent info on that fleet as it would be my pick if I'm lucky enough to be hired--specifically CVG or MIA based--and I want to make an informed decision if I'm asked for a preference.
1) Schedule for year 1/2 FO: is it typically the 17 days on (plus a commute day on each end), 13 days off, rinse/repeat? Or expect a number of multi-day trips throughout the month?
2) Are missions global or mainly CONUS?
3) What is ballpark average monthly Hrs flown/credited and a wag for year 1/2 FO pay?
Sorry for the amateur questions and please point me to another thread of the info is somewhere else.
Thank you for the assist and fly safe.

777 is a mix of laps around the world as crew member and a lot of deadheading (multi-leg) on either company aircraft or commercially to operate a single leg. Your airline status will be phenomenal! The schedule you bid will not be the schedule you fly, expect multiple changes within a pattern and anything from min rest to five days sitting in a hotel while out on a trip if they forget about or lose you in the system.
You are theirs for 17 days plus travel or you can get a split line but that’s 17 days plus travel x2, so even less days at home. Block hours can range from the 30’s up to the maximum and credit can be from the minimum (64) up to high 100’s.
Plan on being away for the maximum and plan on minimum guarantee and you won’t be disappointed.
Almost everyone (99.9%) out on the line is great to work with, you’ll rarely fly with the same crew twice and can normally choose to fly or be coffee/paperwork girl/boy.
The 777 is a great bird to fly!
Only you can decide if it’s the lifestyle for you.

Thanks for this info, I had the same questions. Not sure if true, but also heard the 777 usually goes to the same destination on its laps. If true, wondering what the most common stops are.

737 Questions
Hi team, long time listener first time caller.
Been searching this thread for current information on the 737 at Atlas. Figured I would try my chances with a question here instead of more searching through the post.
-any info on current training trends for the atlas 737? Time to train, time to finish IOE, etc.
-any sample schedules for the 737? Figured they would be employed differently than the wide body jets.
-current info on seat lock for new hires? I have heard 18, 24, and 36 months.
Thank you!

Schedules are a bit of everything within the domestic Amazon network. 30 Day lines are in two or three blocks. 4-8 days on, 4-8 days off. 60 day lines are three to five blocks. Here you can get longer trips at 9-12 days with similar lengthy blocks off. Lots of two leg days. Short like CVG-ORD-CVG or longer like BOI-RIV-BWI.
For the current network, just surf flightradar24. Pick a few GTI 737 flights in CVG or BWI and look at tail number history. Keep in mind that Amazon will likely change the trips every few months.

To expand upon that…new hire is 24 months, pilots bidding to a higher pay rate is 18 months, and pilots bidding to a position with the same or lower pay rate are seat locked for 30 months.
All seat locks are void if bidding from FO to CA regardless of fleet(Any upgrade into any fleet from any fleet).
