it’s worth reading them if really interested in atlas. If after doing so you still have 73 questions, feel free to PM

Lots of nature, small town stuff. If you want more of a night scene there's a bus to a larger town for five Euros. The hotel there also rents cars at pretty reasonable rates. I like it there, but I get out of the hotel and disappear in the woods.

While the only thing one should count on is minimum guarantee what do current 1st/ 2nd years average per month on different fleets these days?

I'm on the 76 and consider myself fortunate to credit 70 hours in a month, that's higher than average for me. I'll have at least 4 months of min guarentee (2 months where I have training and 2 months where I have a vacation week). I don't live in base which hinders my ability/desire to work any OT.

I make this comment just to annoy some here, but on the 747, average around 120 hours of credit per month.

Do you pick up vx for that? Or is it a seniority thing where high BLG lines are out of reach for new hires?

No VX for that. 120 hour BLG are the junior lines in ANC. Senior guys fly the 160 hour stuff.

OK wow, that seems like a lot. Are there really capts making $550k a year?

This year I'm sure we have some. First 6 months were a huge feeding frenzy for hungry pilots. I know one who already hit 300k this year.

It is a lot, and it won’t last. We have had premium pay that has allowed the 747/777 fleet to make a ton of money over the past 12-18 months. Which is fantastic. But it also isn’t something that you should count on. The premium pay for covid is just as abnormal as a worldwide pandemic is.
