JetBlue or Atlas?

First off, the APC pay rates are 6% low as we have gotten 2x September 1st pay increases, with two more 3% raises to go.
767 FO rates now are $97, 130, 162, 166, 170, 174...
CA Rates from year 5 are $250, 256, 263, 269, 276.
Make pay comparisons based off of only 64 Hours Minimum Guarantee.
767 now offers a large variety of lines. Lots of split lines, lots of layovers in base. Easy to swap bases (at the moment) for destination variety.
We fly 1 or 2 leg days on the Amazon Side. Super easy trips, short days, fully catered, good hotels and great crews. Reserve still credits the most at close to 78 hours (paid hotel and perdiem at reserve location). Primary lines are built really close to 64 hours, but that is because of the split lines and prorated CRT on day 1 and day last. Pax flying out of JFK is available, but you are bidding for days on Secondary Lines, not destinations, and you'll most likely be at Minimum Guarantee; upside is a lot of extra days off at home.
Or, do you want to commute to JFK, BOS MCO etc on your own dime, pay for your own crash pads or hotels in base, fly 3 or 4 leg days through the busiest airports and airspace in the country? Do you want to deal with TSA, crowded terminals, clueless passengers, and cabin drama?
All for similar pay, or, I don't know, maybe less on the 190 or 220?
I am very pleased on the Atlas 767. More money is always welcome, but I have no intention of leaving or changing fleets. If I lived in a United or Alaska Base, maybe. But this is a great job.

As mentioned before: This whole thread boils down to the individuals priorities/preferences. Easier to grasp the pax carrier lifestyle as many if not all of us have experienced it. At the very least you have done your due diligence and asked your cattle herders about their lifestyle and work rules. There are box haulers paying better, etc and then there is ACMI. ACMI tends to be in the same lanes with each other aside from the obvious that bigger seems better through diversity of operations. Hard to understand it until you lived it. If you have adventure (along with the ability to sustain mind numbing monotonous legs at times) and desire a more sky pirate type of operation come on in. I myself initially came to Atlas with a great sense of adventure having lived overseas prior to hire. My plans for the short term enjoy the unique opportunities and most likely move on to other pastures within the box hauler fleets. Turns out even the standard box haulers did not offer what my priorities have morphed into while on property and everywhere else in the world. Every dog has its fleas and you must decide what you can live with/ignore or make at least a concerted effort to support gains. I myself would work for pax operations only when forced and many others would do the exact opposite so each to their own. Not all pax carriers are the same nor box haulers. Domicile seems to win overall, but the majority subscribes to mammon, so whatever gives you peace it seems to be out there when perusing these forums. I know I couldn't be happier, but this definitely does not fit the majority and this is all subject to change for the better or worse depending upon who is at the helm. So far so good. Best of luck to all.

In a vacuum, JetBlue for the pay and 401k contributions alone. Otherwise, you haven't given enough detail for a specific scenario. Is this a final destination or a stepping stone career move? Where do you live? Have you flown pax or cargo in the past? Etc etc.

Have flown for a Box shipper feeder before. Currently living in base at a regional. Would have to commute for JB, so Atlas wins that round with their paid for commute.
