I bet that gets tied up in the legal system for several years though... My best guess is 2 or 3 years for a new contract for Atlas and it won't be great when it's rammed down their throats...
This is spot on.

Ah, the integrated seniority list isn’t going to be presented anytime soon. What happens after the 45 days is anyone’s guess.
And I don’t think anyone knows if the “integrated seniority list” will be relative seniority OR date of hire. This will be very interesting on how it affects both the Atlas group and Southern side.
Then there’s the question on aircraft fences and for how long.

The Union will not release any integrated seniority list until they are ready or ordered by the courts.

I'm surprised yall haven't been sued again... Immediately. The courts have been "Good" to them but they've taken up too much time. So every time they spend a few years in court their retention issues get worse exponentially. It was an annoyance for them but I've got a feeling next year will be costing them more than a parked 777 or two...

Their real issue is that they're no where near the courts forcing a new "Kalitta Plus $1" contract that they want. That's going to take years for the courts to impose.

When it comes to the 777 requirements, do they allow turboprop time to be counted towards the 1000 turbine time?
