Ahh. Missed that. Actually happened to a friend. He waited a while for them to reschedule and never heard anything. I gave him someone's direct number, which he called, and he ended up with a TBNT letter shortly after.

I hope that doesn't happen to you if you want to come on board.

Thanks. I do have direct numbers and left voice message for them. Just a little strange to schedule a time & both parties confirm it, then gone silent.

This happened to me. Just give it a few weeks and keep replying to the email invite every 10 days or so. They will get to you. I think HR is very busy at the moment.

Default Travel Benefits

Anyone with knowledge on this please help - I went on my ID travel and tried to use it for a family member... wasn’t able to with the Atlas login unless I was missing something. Is there a way for us to use it for self and/or family members or is it only for us Atlas employees?

I remember using it once at my previous airline for my parents’ standby tickets and was trying to do the same thing again...

Many moons ago Atlas was entertaining/processing the idea of family travel, but that never happened so no family travel whatsoever. Have seen other airline employees pre-COVID, but haven’t seen any since the start of this debacle. Unsure if anything has lifted regarding other airline folks riding along, perhaps it has? Someone else can chime in.

The Atlas login is for jumpseat use. For personal and family ID90 travel, you need to get a personal login. I can’t remember off the top of my head, but you can find who to talk to about getting a login somewhere on Globalnet.

Used it last month for the wife and worked then. Have you submitted your family’s information? Its A form that i got off global net to fill out and send in. Its under the Tab “Travel Benefits” then “myidtravel” with instructions there. Will take company a couple of weeks to get it set up for you but once they are done they will email login information. This is available after 6 months DOH. Not saying your a new guy but just in case. Hope this helps.
