I think it varies a lot. I interviewed mid December and got a 3/8 class. I also told them I would take any fleet type and could accept short notice so that may or may not have shortened my wait.

I don't have the details for the 777/737 fleets, but I believe that they're similar in terms of frequency.

If they’re still going about it in the same way as last year, they call to set up the initial phone screen, and then during the phone screen (which is a non-event, HR is just reviewing that you’re current and qualified), you’ll be scheduled for the HR and Technical interviews.
