There are a handful (maybe 5 lines) out of the CVG base with Tampa overnights.
I just took a quick look at the bid package while I was drinking coffee this AM. I could well have missed the TPA overnights in the CVG bid package. Good luck with everything.

If you’re in the Tampa/St. Pete area make sure you’re looking at Lakeland (LAL) overnights too - I see the 76 in and out of there a fair amount.

If you aren’t locked into fleet yet, then it seems like there are far more TPA and LAL overnights on the 73 than what’s just been described on the 76. But there are no pay raises for 3 years on the 73 so take that for what it’s worth. If I’d had my choice it would have probably been 767.

What's the latest on the contract? Have heard lots of rumors about 2021, but also have heard management is starting a second lawsuit.

There is a clock running on negotiations so it will go to binding arbitration this spring and we’ll get a new contract, same as the old contract, this summer.

It won’t be identical book. The only things that go to arbitration are the sections that can’t be hashed out between the company and the NC. Sure, some of it may end up being the same or similar.

Realistically how much more do you think y'all will make coming out of arbitration?

Scope, same is my guess. Maybe Blink, Twin or Elevation can wager (start with a beer) on 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, how about 20% or a whopping 25%, no Gateway, Travel Bank, Chocolate Cake, now I’ve gone too far - although I will say PBJs are making a comeback so there’s that. It’s sad to have your expectations managed but that’s in the playbook to be sure. Need 22% increase to match Kalitta and 43% increase for FedEx or UPS territory notwithstanding other contract disparities at this moment. Do I hear 40% probably not but maybe we can be “Climbing for Dollars” with hungry Doberman’s below - Running Man....

Running Man....
At this point I honestly have no clue what to expect from an arbitrator. At least not when it comes to anything that matters.

The only thing I can foresee is a big round of congratulatory statements. Victory will be declared from folks who are eyeing positions on the NMB, greater IBT, management and consultancies. These will followed by another set of folks, themselves eyeing promotions, offering profuse thanks. A third set of folks will say "Thanks for nothing!" as they hope for a new power dynamic.

This will happen regardless of what we achieve and will ignore the tremendous costs getting here. Us line-slobs will be stuck with the mess.

In a few years it will start all over again.
