Again you are intentionally misrepresenting.
Its called Gateway travel with a positive space ticket and hotel room versus trying to get a jumpseat on your days OFF and having to use a Crashpad.

Quick subject change... You guys still flying big loads and staying busy? Thinking about grabbing some options for the Nov earnings call.

Seems we're staying pretty busy. We've announced some new partnerships, etc. I think we're a safe bet for another 6 months. Good luck with the investment, however you choose to go with it.

One thing to remember for the ~2/3 of the flying we do that is ACMI or CMI is that loads don’t matter. AAWH has a contract with whom ever to fly on their schedule. So empty or full, Atlas gets paid per their contract. I've heard they’ve renegotiated some rates for the crisis. But the 1/3 charter flying and Polar's normal routes it’s been crazy.

thats not entirely true. While the customer does have a block hour minimum and they pay this Even if the airplane is empty there is a lot more money to be made from a full airplane. The company will sell any space the customer can’t and split the profits with them. Plus extra segments mean extra cash To the bottom line. The typical 1-3 qtr are all historically close to minimums hence it’s basically a break even proposition. What we are experiencing in q2&3 now is basically a great q4 with extra segments full airplanes and high charter rates. So to answer the question yes the company will make a butt load of cash in q3 and again in q4 and again in q1 if we are still in this corona mess by then which we probably will be. Some of the customers have even chose to spread the pain out engaging in longer term charters similar to a acmi deal but not quite that long for a slightly better rate. I can’t say what the share price will do but aaww is making enough money this year to survive 4-5 pretty bad years in a row.

You get paid the higher of CRT or Block.
Example:
You have a 17 day line and your first scheduled flight is on day 3.
Unless you’ve been assigned R1 ( at home reserve long call) day 1 and day 2 will likely not be spend at home.
You’re om company time and getting paid.
Well within their right to reposition you on day 1 which could be 36hrs before your flight.
The customer may want crews in position if they need the option to bring the flight forward a day. Boeing or AMC flying for example.
This is ACMI and not United you’re flying for.
You’re on company time, you get paid they can reposition you. Perfectly acceptable.
This is a very important point that a lot of prior Pax airline pilots Don’t seem to understand. They move you then the have to pay you.

One other important nuance for gateway travel - if, for instance, you are CVG based and your trip starts and ends out of RFD, IAH, or TPA (relatively common with the Amazon stuff), your gateway travel day becomes the CVG-XYZ DH day, and you're paid rig for it and it counts as one of your 17 days on.

So gateway travel isn't always on your day off. It's fairly rare right now on the 737 (all Amazon, and not much CVG stuff at the moment). I would assume the 767 is similar but I have no direct knowledge.

When was the first time I was intentionally misrepresenting?

Sure it is a real ticket on their terms...
