We are currently at about 33% LC vs 66% SC.
Went back and manually counted the lines.
Before the great migration we were running right around 50/50.

PBS coverage days are still not working as we were told its supposed to work.

Dec was about 36% LC.

And I was fairly senior on LC and starting to get some good days off until I started getting smacked by BS-PBS coverage days while the most junior LC get the days off I wanted and I bid (correctly) for.
