Slight correction.
We are currently at about 33% LC vs 66% SC.
Went back and manually counted the lines.
Before the great migration we were running right around 50/50.

PBS coverage days are still not working as we were told its supposed to work.

You are correct. I've been tracking my PBS results to try to predict what days I'll be able to hold off. In Jan they went back to 33/66ish (which put me pretty Jr on LC compared to December). I think Dec was about 50/50 (don't have my spread sheet in front of me).

Dec was about 36% LC.

And I was fairly senior on LC and starting to get some good days off until I started getting smacked by BS-PBS coverage days while the most junior LC get the days off I wanted and I bid (correctly) for.

Yes, the reserve coverage algorithm is ridiculous. I worked Christmas and 6 to 9 guys Jr to me had it off. In Jan I only asked for weekends off. Solved at L7 ( all pref days off, no must). Zero weekend days off. 6 to 9 guys Jr to me got 1 to 2 complete weekends off.

If you're below the coverage line on reserve. Your schedule is a complete crap shoot. Better to be a bottom line holder and at least attempt to improve your schedule with TTS/TTOT.
