I think Vendetta (if I can speak for him) and I are confused on what your referring to as third listers. I'm speaking of all pilots hired after the date of constructive notice 12/13 at LUS and LAA. They all go junior to all West pilots.
I think your referring to the third listers from the AWA/LUS merger. That's not what we are referring to. (Vendetta?).

So yes. 2005 West pilots will be placed amongst "third listers". But based on what we are being told, earlier hired LAA pilots will be too. It all depends on their LOS and Status Category ranking. That's what Vendetta is referring to. Furlough time has a big impact. So by default, those never furloughed but junior to someone who had been furloughed will be impacted as well.

well that would move the west pilots up significantly vs status/Los. You guys are both sayin this is a pure 3 list status/los if that is the case 3rd listers have to be in front of large numbers of west Fo's

It may be my lack of understanding of what your asking but I don't see the problem. If a 2005 AWA pilot was furloughed his LOS is adjusted and he will be placed based on his newly adjusted LOS and status/category ranking amongst the "third listers" from the East pilots and similar LOS/Status-Category of LAA pilots. It doesn't require a reordering of the West list.

The heavy los is what favors the east but the group with the most los also means the group with the most upcoming retirements. It's amazing how much the list looks like ua/co after all those months of eaglefly telling us we aren't equals. Hmmm
