If a pilot was a 88-90, 98-00, or 04-08 East hire and was furloughed they will be impacted compared to non-furloughed LAA and West pilots. If they were a 92-93 or 00-01 LAA hire that was furloughed the same will apply to them. And if they were a 90-91 or 00-01 AWA pilot and were furloughed they will be adjusted down compared to non-furloughed LAA and East pilots.

That's what the LAA group sees as the injustice. How could they with their superior airline have pilots that were hired prior to East and West pilots be placed junior to those East and West pilots?
They can't do that without reordering existing lists. How are 2004 west furloughs senior to 3 listers who have greater Los and fly bigger equipment ? See this makes no sense

Easy if they considered 3rd listers as constructive notice pilots(of the AWA/US merger). Integrate the list a certain way up until the last 2005 west hire, then go to third listers etc.

cacti, you wouldn't be a 757 captain absent restoration rights, correct?

Glad to see you are as concerned with where I wind up on the seniority list as I am. Thanks for the support.

Yeah but that moves west pilots up beyond their status/Los, see the problem?

Esadof,

Please define third listers so everyone can get on the same page.
