So....like.....you mean guys that were FURLOUGHED in 2005 when AWA "merged" with AAA? When that "merger" occurred, America West was HIRING, UPGRADING and GROWING. AAA....not so much. In FACT, AAA had MORE pilots furloughed than were on property on AWA. Just an observation......

We already pledged to abide by a product of an agreed upon process with AAA in 2006-07. You'll excuse my reticence to pledge to abide by an agreement with another party / parties AGAIN with the expectation that all parties will do the same.
5 days to the conclusion of the "rebuttal". Then the list will be finally delivered (sometime). Hang in there R57.... it will come soon enough.

How's about we wait until a combined list is delivered and see just how "you'se boys" react.

That's what guys are not seeing clearly yet. Using a heavier weighted LOS pushes the previously furloughed guys downward on the combined list and that is what will create a lot of anger. Hence the biggest reason I believe the LAA group is circling the wagons.
If a pilot was a 88-90, 98-00, or 04-08 East hire and was furloughed they will be impacted compared to non-furloughed LAA and West pilots. If they were a 92-93 or 00-01 LAA hire that was furloughed the same will apply to them. And if they were a 90-91 or 00-01 AWA pilot and were furloughed they will be adjusted down compared to non-furloughed LAA and East pilots.
That's what the LAA group sees as the injustice. How could they with their superior airline have pilots that were hired prior to East and West pilots be placed junior to those East and West pilots?

Well that really doesn't help me much. I understand these are assumptions but I can't get a picture without knowing what you guys are assuming, yours and vendettas assumptions don't jive. If it's a pure status/longevity list how are the third listers behind every west pilot? If that were the case some form of the Nic. was included or at least some credit given the junior west for the nic.
I think your referring to the third listers from the AWA/LUS merger. That's not what we are referring to. (Vendetta?).
