West didn't get the nic but they didn't get screwed either. I wasn't for usapa for sometime then I changed after the way I was treated by the west . But in all reality the usapa proposal was fair according to the arbs but the one part it wasn't was 3rd listers over any west pilot I stand on that statement since it came out. Every 3rd listers should be below every west pilot.

I have no anger and many others don't. but many do. It will be years before attrition alters that equation significantly. Our next Section 6 is only a few years away and it still will be a major drag. Even with full unity, we have little leverage except maybe the possibility Parker's RJ affair will blow up in his face before that or concurrently and he'll need a bailout. Without that, we have little he needs as we are already the Bronze finisher in the 3-way legacy pilot compensation race.

Interesting. Close to 200 East 3rd listers have upwards of 4 years earlier DOH's (2004-2008) vs. the most junior pre-merger West F/O's DOH in 2008 and had Group IV access to boot, yet are junior to all West F/O's ?
It will be interesting to see how the arbs rationalized that one.
