7,518 pilots are retiring by the end of 2025. On average 62.65 each month or just over 2 a day.
The old wounds are going to the retirement home to fester and it's up to the remaining youth not to perpetuate this non sense.

...and considering our hideous pre-merger relationships, the ISL will only exacerbate dysfunctional fragmentation. This SLI is steroidal among other SLI's.
