And they won't. I assume you saw that in your "peak". Flow through's will remain relative to where they were in ragard to 3rd listers.

West didn't get the nic but they didn't get screwed either. I wasn't for usapa for sometime then I changed after the way I was treated by the west . But in all reality the usapa proposal was fair according to the arbs but the one part it wasn't was 3rd listers over any west pilot I stand on that statement since it came out. Every 3rd listers should be below every west pilot.

You are wrong on that again, just as you have been hundreds of times before. I can assure you that the east merger committee was NOT USAPA. Many of us were amazed that our APA reps that were former USAPA reps put them on the committee.

Everyone is going to get screwed. Your painting a victorious slam-dunk picture for the East. Go back and look at your list. Is losing years of DOH as compared to similiar placed pilots a victory? East pilots will end up junior to pilots with similar DOHs. They avoided the NIC but did not get their proposal of 70% LOS weighting either. Tell the whole story. Everyone gets screwed when you look through it. It's just that the East avoided the treachery of the NIC list and after ten years that appears (is) to be a slam-dunk victory.
