Wiskey....man, I hate to keep pointing out where you are deluding your self and misleading others, but those A350 orders are easily traceable to the original A330 orders and options....they were converted from that initial order. So, no-go on claiming those, and certainly you aren't going to tell us that it was the HUGE revenue generated in PHX that created the need for those aircraft are you? (Yeah, you probably are )

Anyway, the panel was made aware of this, so we shall see soon how they decided to share that equity. Who knows, maybe they give them all to you guys (?), you know, just to be nice.

All the best (as long as it's F&E)

That's funny, because I actually work with these people and I hear none of that desire you speak of. I do know AA pilots.....well, not real AA pilots but TWA pilots....who live in New Jersey and can't wait to get to PHL.

Well then, the ones I've heard about here and elsewhere won't be disappointed then. That's a relief.

Eaglefly,

Yes you can. LAA has been doing it for over a decade. Supp CC protections and flow through are separate issues they do not (have not) require a reorder of the pre-merger list.

I realize your issue is your treatment concerning the flow through but as I said months ago this MB process will not change that. Also if I am correct, during this MB process APA won an award concerning the issue with the Eagle Flow throughs attaining only a limited win.

Protections for former TWA pilots will continue as is with no need to change the order of the LAA pre-merger list. You will stay where you are in relation to any TWA pilot (senior to or junior to) but they will have specific CA protections for a period of time.

Totally agree. Your the one who said that seniority would need to be reordered not me.

Where did I say I believed everything he says?

Sometimes you have some very good posts. Sometimes you have some very childish ones too. Stick to the good ones.

Understood. Of course, once a more senior flow upgrades (to a protected status) they are senior to the "protected" TWA as Supp C protections are status only. If it's not a protected status they upgrade to, then their seniority rules. Many flows actually see that as not so bad as depending on the status they end up bidding down the road, they hold a better schedule and may avoid reserve entirely depending on how long they wait. But be that as it may, since the list can't be reordered, in the long run once those protections expire, it's seniority that carries the day.

Eaglefly I'm having fun today letting go of what I know on my off day. But seriously how many divorces has this forum cost you ? I fly with people that know your screen name for 10 years with your many page posts daily. I'm curious how you have a life
