Not sure I understand you. LAA list has flows senior to TWA and junior as well. Same with Letter T. You can't screw all of one group and "protect" all of another, unless you reorder a pre-merger list.

Continuing Supp C is not the same as altering seniority placement.

No nervousness at all. To do that, the arbitrators would have to reorder the pre-merger LAA list. Some are Group II captains almost halfway up the LAA list and others have thousands below them already. That would screw over many former TWA and Letter T pilots.

Perhaps that's the guy with the vendettas next claim ?
