3 lists meant 3 lists.. Percentage wise east had more group 4 positions than legacy AA. The company was also one of the parties to file an extension.. Ask yourself why?

My understanding was that the Company was VERY happy (or satisfied however you phrase is) with the list and that the LAA/AWA asked for the extension. It could be that the Company/LUS simply didn't oppose the extension. 6 of one, half dozen of the other.

Clearly? The only thing that's clear is that you are either misinformed, or that you are intentionally trying to misinform others (and yourself.) I've been watching you do this for years!
USAPA very deliberately removed itself from negotiations and a new committee was appointed. That committee, by the way, was headed by a guy that most USAPAians had ALMOST NO confidence in, and it was a very contentious issue. Really, it was a return to the old ALPA-style give-a-way gang folks, and most of us hired after 1989 figured we were about to be screwed. Might still turn out that way, who knows? As for the counsel and the one third-lister guy on the committee, their participation was known and approved of, a fact of which I'm pretty sure you are aware but choose to omit here because it just doesn't make for a punchy Internet post....right?
I have not seen the list, and both sides have been impressively tight-lipped. But when AWA pilots are "sick" and grumpy and quiet and moody, along with some other tidbits we hear from various sources, it adds up. No confidentiality breach, just obvious signs from behavior. Heck, I still wonder if all the West knows that you got the NIC and that you're all going to be Captains and you had a big meeting and agreed to act like little *****y victims just to throw us off so that you can have a BIG laugh at the end of it all. That sounds about par for the course looking back at the past nine years

Not sure what you're asking, the flows go to the bottom of the list like any new hire. Do you mean, will the combination of the lists slow hiring and hence the flow? I don't think so. They need to hire more, not less.

How relatively old is this place going to be immediately post SLI? I just wanna know which one is the oldest pilot group of the legacies. Because that's the place I want to end up at as a sub-40 year old, looking at a nominal 20 year run. The rest is just ballwash.
As to this thread? Meh, *slam click*. I saw the UA/CAL dynamic at my squadron circa 2012-2013. Everybody got over it within a week. Livin the dream am I right?

I would NOT assume that. If there is a fence on the WB I would think the West would share with the East what percentage (for example) each side could bid onto....again to THAT as far as any fence I have NOT heard. I only know what Ive read and heard so far in general.
