No I did not know that. IMHO they should use the 2005 snapshot/list from a purely ethical point of view. Akin to a prenup don't ya think?

I have no idea why you are getting so upset, this would be the result of opening pandora's box. Never ever should have opened that box, why did you do that? Well since route66 knows for a certainty I have to assume you know what he knows and since he has yet to give any other details other than bits and pieces maybe you could enlighten us all on the list details. I told him if he just spills it on here it would force the committees to come out publicly with it.

You keep missing the very fabric of the argument. Yes seniority is contained within a contract but you had two different pilot groups with two different contracts working under two different sets of rules. The thought of what I deem fair or what you deemed to be fair is given up the moment the arbitrator is called in to settle the dispute. It is out of each others hands be it liberal or conservative. I must reiterate here that you really should post what you know about this award. The groups will have no choice but to comment quickly once its out.

You West mouth pieces are full of it but like you DID say and admit.....you WILL be suing and that is typical. So if these THREE ARBITRATORS agree with US then where is the integrity of M/B process? Where is the integrity of the process itself? Who got it wrong: Nicolau or THREE OTHER NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS?
