From what I understand the Arbitrators DID reward us for our "distasteful acts". We didn't "skirt" binding arbitration. YOU voted to give it away in the MOU and the "status quo" of three lists. YOU VOTED 92% (or something like that) for the MOU. Mirror, meet Dorian Gray.

2-how much stock did the panel put in the LAA pay argument?

I seriously doubt that anyone outside of the company and the committee have seen the list, so who knows how it came out. Rumors are strong and persistent that the Nic wasn't used, but even if that's true, we don't know our place on the list. We better all hope that our intransigence hasn't bitten us in the rear.
