Ohhhhh, how is it that you know so much about the pending confidential results? Is it real or just speculation? If it's real then stop with the 007 code talk and let everyone in on what your east committee person leaked out. If it's speculation which I'm betting it is, I suggest you stop this too as managing people's expectations is a very dangerous game.

I don't think they will ignore any inputs or arguments, but they will have to come to their own conclusions.
I don't know what their conclusion will be, but I won't support any lawsuit effort to oppose the contract. I acknowledge anyone's right to seek legal recourse(as the West has done for years) but I personally won't donate money to lawsuits. For me it's time to move on. It will be what it will be.

You realize the west won 2 dfr's against the east right? I mean you need to read what the 9th wrote about the east behavior, the arbs have but then again everyone in the arb community is very familiar with your douchebaggery. I suppose the arbs might reward that behavior but I doubt it. Glad to hear you won't sue but if Nic. order is used for east/west I have no doubt you will sue.
From the 9th:
"This remedy adequately accounts for our uncertainty over whether the Nicolau Award would have been implemented because it allows for the possibility that the SLI arbitration panel might not ultimately use the Nicolau Award in its final integration of the US Airways and American Airlines Pilots."
Who knows.

They left it up to the arbs but they also had plenty to say about the harm you as a group inflicted to the west. You're on here bragging about what each group "brings" but gloss over the fact that the west was artificially stagnated due to your illegal actions and you also gloss over what the 9th had to say about that. Btw, read about what the arbitrators in the preliminary board that gave the west a seat had to say about the east, I bet it will be mirrored in the boa decision.
Maybe so!
I would wager a beer with you but I'm not betting a single thing about what the BOA will do (reportedly has already done).

I stand corrected here as you went to great lengths to indicate that your source was not associated with the union. This "little bird" however must be associated base upon your rather concise statement.

I know this has all been beaten to death and arguing on an anonymous forum is a fool's game. But if we are going to talk about what each group brought to the merger lets not forget what the East brought. $160/hour A330 CA slots and $125/hour A320 CA slots with virtually zero work rules. As admitted by the East that would have lasted forever because seniority was not negotiable and they would have NEVER signed a contract triggering the NIC. So no East pilot would ever break 200k. If the number 1 Eastie was making 160k/year and the junior guys were making 70k with no pay raise in sight where do they deserve to be on the SLI?
