Never heard of a pilot group keeping an agreement secret for this length of time. Not to mention, three completely opposed groups.
After nearly 10 years of knife fighting over the NIC you would assume if it was used in the proposal there would be some gloating leaked by now. I guess the same could be said if it wasn't used.
Rumors of increased PHX sick time last week are increasing.
At the APA BOD meeting the PHX VC is rumored to have had a representative attend in his place. This is probably due to the VC being needed at his position on the West SLI committee to address the proposal.
At the same meeting it's rumored the PHX Chairman didn't attend and didn't send a replacement. That's a little stranger if true.
All the East base reps are supposedly there.
There appears to be no intention of cross pollination of LWB pilots by the company in the near future.
Cactiboss has disappeared from the forum discussion about the SLI. Why?
Hard to read one way or another but what seems apparent is at least one group is going to get hit up side the head with a frying pan. Maybe more than one.
Your rumor may be true. If the East succeeded in avoiding the NIC you would hope they would be smart enough to keep their side quiet for another month. Given the age demographics of the East group if they faired better on the list it may not have a significant impact on the LAA pilots long term.
It's looking more like no NIC and LWB fences, but until we hear the frying pan hit we won't know for sure.
What is for sure is this is a very strange integration given all three groups have gone into lock-down. Don't know what the arbs threatened them with but it seems to have worked.

In other words though, an East (including third-lister) grand slam (victory against both West and LAA). Again, it's interesting the only "little birds" claimed to be chirping seem to be those indigenous to the Eastern seaboard.

My, my........that's pretty specific detail.

So what do you know? Get the secret nose tap from AOL generals? One of them has been very vocal.

Quit the BS
And I'm going on logic alone. Two committees advocating to use the previous arbitration- a third party twisting in the wind using stupid logic (putting third listers ahead of west pilots)
Nobody knows anything, contrary to the lies you are perpetuating here and on C and R.
The east has got the silliest proposition and embarrassed the hell out of themselves with their antics before and during the arbitration. But you guys did that last time as well, so what else is new?
The favored list will be the AAPSIC proposal in my opinion. The final product is going to look a lot like they're proposal, I predict.
