No Nic was rumor day one. No use of LAA list also day one... Not that they were necessarily reliable rumors. Never have heard rumor that Nic was in fact used, even by most strident Westies.
It seems the comment period is for leaks, to let off some pressure before the list is revealed. Just like all "big news" the leaks come first so it is "old news" by the time the "reveal" happens.
Still waiting on leak about fences, but at this point the odds on Nic are getting very long.

At an east union meeting they showed all three SLI proposals and I personally felt as an unbiased viewer the East proposal was the most fair. It wouldn't surprise me in the least when the SLI list comes out that it's more aligned with the East proposal than the west or AA's.
For those not aware of the East proposal and what it entailed basically they frontloaded their seniority because of their massive retirements coming up so they gained more seniority initially and over time the AA and West guys will take over.
Either way the West guys are making out like bandits and while they had to wait a decade to realize the gains they came out with substantial pay raises and career expectation increases.

That seems fair.....if you're on the East.
