Yeah, I don't see that. I'm thinking first quarter 2017 at the earliest for any real changes. We'll see, I could be wrong.

The flight ops update and the flight standards update said February 1 for the effective date of the October bid. They have gone to great lengths to say that we will be able to mix crews on OCT 1st. I don't think this will get delayed at all. The base exchange program run by the APA (same seat/equip/catagory) will be effective Oct 1 as well from what I've heard. But any equipment bid will not be effective until February.

I don't think it will be delayed. I was saying first quarter 2017 for any big changes if there is no delay. I think the "MOAB" is a myth.

Today's the day it leaks out or a final award is published?
The last official update said that today marks the end of the first comment period, but then there would be a secondary round of rebuttal comments, if you will, extending to July 27.
