Come on, go out on a limb. If there is no Nic then the numbers are gonna fall between the AWA and US numbers. Throw in a wide body fence.
So, No Nic leak means no AAPSIC, thus the only two options left are East or West frameworks ?

I think THAT is going out on a limb. The absence of the Nic still leaves MANY options that neither East or West proposals mimic. How about LAA's first non Nic proposal ? There are other variables as well that in all likelihood will present us with a result that NO side can claim victory by association. On another note, let's just say the arbs adopt or closely follow an East model. Well, that would not only anger the entire West, but anger most of LAA, especially most, if not all of the bottom several thousand F/O's who have stagnated the last 15 years and now will wave goodbye to any decent chance of a back end career. Possible, but to me that would be about the best way to ensure not only, inter-pilot alienation, but add several thousand more to the "I don't give a damn anymore" crowd and that would seem to be the most destabilizing outcome for both pilots and company.

From what I read, arbitrators take that type of stuff into consideration. Personally, I wouldn't be so quick to go out on that limb of yours as it sure seems unstable and risky to me, but who knows.........maybe the fat acorn you think you see at the end of that limb is truly obtainable without a long fall to get it ?

Your number will fall between the reAAl number and the AWA number or it will fall between the AWA number and the US number. You have a 50/50 chance!

The speculations are all entertainment. Fair, equitable, implemented.

I agree. My number will have a VERY strong chance of falling between its highest placement and lowest. Same goes for virtually everyone else. But unfortunately, whatever it is, I'll be furloughed to Stapler City anyway.

Why, of course it was. After all, it looked nothing like the East's.

I think "superior" was the descriptor. But "superior" was an understatement of the facts.

If it were the Nic, that felicitous news would have leaked by now.
I dont know PT. A certain Spartan General is sabre rattling over on C&R. Using words like "binding , courts, the 9th." They aren't still trying to sell ties, are they?

Not sure about the confidentiality part, but maybe release of not the list itself, but general statements about the components adopted to construct it.

You'll still end up one number senior to me. I'm former Eagle AND America West.
