Dude. If you want to come off sounding like you have a clue...perhaps you should spend some time actually reading the briefs and hearing transcripts. It's quite eye-opening ... that is if you can get past the emotion of your tragic losses at the hand of Nicolau.

Maybe 'wood cutter' under his father in laws email?
Mods get him again?

"Dude", I know you probably spend most of your days quoting old meaningless transcripts looking for revenge on the terrible east pilots. I like many live in the real world that enjoyed close to 10 years of date of hire (eye opening). There will be no cutting in line this time and that seems to really bother you having to wait your turn.

I'm curious why the EPSIC chose to argue a relative seniority when USAPA's "gold standard" was DOH. By using relative seniority, they argue that a "third lister" should be senior to a PHX based US Airways pilot by a BUNCH. Now.....where have I heard that complaint before??
You mean the East proposed relative position (right from the West playbook in Nicolau) and you are aghast?

Actually I think the snapshot date was later than that. The merger was announced 5/19/2005, but pretty sure the snapshot came later. Anyway, doesn't matter. Will you take the word of George Nicolau? Or did he get it wrong about what the west proposed? From the Nicolau Opinion and Award:
'
The America West Proposal
America West's initial proposal differed dramatically from that of
US Airways. As previously indicated, its position, when first presented
in detail, was a series of ratios accompanied with a two year condition and restriction reserving to US Airways pilots all Captain positions on the 9 A330 aircraft flying international routes as of May 19, 2005. The firat proposed ratio was not Captain to Captain. Instead, America West added to its 855 Captains an additional 114 First Officers, who, America West claimed, expected captaincies based on the 19 A320s on firm order as of May 2005. That combined figure (969) was to beintegrated on a straight ratio basis with 1121 US Airways Captains, a number derived from staffing assumptions based on what 'were 221 US Airways aircraft as of February 2006. This ratio would be followed by an integration of the remaining America West First Officers (925) with 1051 US Airways First Officers, also on a straight ratio basis. After the reinsertion of those on extended medical leaves and those in nonflying positions, this would put 2431 US Airways pilots on the bottom of the list, 959 of whom were active pilots as of May 19, 2005 with the
remaining 1472 furloughees.

I'm curious. Do we have to PROVE YOU WRONG just this ONCE, or will we have to do it EVERY SINGLE STINKIN' TIME?
Uh CB, you didn't prove him wrong. You see that part that you didn't turn red? DOH adjusted for furlough time=LOS.

No combined SLI now. Labor laws on a voted contract is > than judicial rhetorical clubs in this case. Keep hanging on to your ankles, here it comes again.

Ken Holmes was a USAPA negotiation rep that told the west pilots to vote for the new American Airlines contract that included 10H. He brags about his negotiating experience in the past when running for a 2012 USAPA rep position. He was not able to provide proof of a 90 day contract promise he accuses USAPA of. He lied.

Actually in the original nicolied transcripts, the zero neutral contract and precarious america west survival evidence, was ignored by the united scab pilots "neutrals" who plunged the award from the alpa loos.

alpa was attemping tilting the future eventual ual, US Airways at the time, sli in their favor.

Nice try porky pig look alike prater and united pilots gillen and brucia.
