The irony in this is the fact that you continue to post that you in the east have won big at the expense of AA and the west. I asked you before to post what you have so that we may all enjoy the reading. I am very happy to learn that you have the ear of the panel and that they are in constant contact with you regarding their decisions. I know they told you that they were working on minor changes to hopefully guard against potential law suits. I find it extremely hard to believe that a group of seasoned lawyers like this would even tell you something of that nature as it opens the door for suits based upon what is clearly non partial interaction. Oh what is the word for that is it exparte? Yeah that's it.

I cautioned you once before about grandiose boasts without providing actual proof. I certainly hope for your sake that you were able to pull off that miracle because absent that you will certainly look like a fool.

Just so we're clear, when you say "win big at the expense of AA and the West"...are you really just saying "the arbs didn't use Nicolau"?

Do you ever ask questions or is it your normal M.O. to just assume what you will? See no matter what I say you are going to believe what ever you wish therefore this whole conversation of yours is rather moot.

For the millionth time, it was length of service
not date-of-hire and it included minimum captain positions in PHX for AWA pilots for 7 years so no furloughed USAir pilot would have taken anyone's captain seat.

......but it's okay for all the bottom AWA pilots to jump 16 years in seniority and take all the retirement based advances away from USAir pilots

Serious question here. What exactly is " length of service"? Is it not DOH adjusted for unforeseen circumstances like furloughs etc?

Yes. A measurement of longevity. For me my DOH/LOS is the same, as I've never been furloughed. I talked to an AA guy that was hired around 2000 and only worked 10 months before being furloughed. I believe he was recalled just before the snapshot date, so if you measured his longevity by DOH it would be about 13 years. By LOS it would be less than 1 year. We have LUS guys hired years after him that have many more years of actual time working for the company.

I think it's just adjusted for furlough time. I can't remember if the US proposal deducted any other time away from DOH to come up with LOS.

US ALPA proposed LOS, USAPA proposed DOH, with conditions and restrictions.

.
That's not correct. The AWA merger committee proposed to staple over 900 pilots that were active at the time of the merger.

Here's an answer that's just as serious: it's a process of arranging the list alpha-numerically

We got you beat. We proposed stapling 2,800+ UAL pilots to the bottom of the CAL list when UAL bought us. That included current UAL Airbus Captains below our furloughees because we chose a one to one integration, which makes total sense when the other pilot group has 2,800 + more pilots.

And the arbs didn't select that method and guys complain we got screwed.
