I recently heard there were very minor changes in the rebuttal period and extension. Supposedly there were a lot of mistakes and loopholes for lawsuits in the transcripts that are being fixed. Any day after Labor Day.

What, exactly, is the issue you have with me and WD on this thread? He is free to bring his own facts about the % of furloughed LUS pilots, I used Nic's words against him.
Look back at this thread and compare and contrast my words about the draft proposal with yours.
You decided to preach to me when your house is not exactly tidy.
You keep bringing up the furloughed pilots of 50% as stated by WD instead of the accurate 33% as being some watershed moment against WD. By using NICs words against him what did you accomplish? Was it to correct his
mistake so we could all learn from one another or was if to try to publicly discredit him?
My comments about the draft proposal were not exactly watershed. I heard the NIC was not used but said I couldn't confirm. Heard there were LWB fences but gave no length or structure. Heard there was a LOS/Status-Category merge that was heavily weighted LOS as compared to UAL/CAL and the LAA proposal but had no percentages. What in that is mind blowing to the readers in this forum? Is anyone making career decisions based on anything I posted or was told? Bet not. Don't confuse my post with Vendettas very detailed predictions. I let no cat out of the bag.
No one has a "tidy house", but what's down right embarrassing as a American Airlines pilot is watching fellow pilots "airing out our dirty laundry" on a public forum for all the world to read.
Most people look up to pilots as being very professional. Many reading this forum are aspiring pilots who are studying hard, flying as much as they can so one day they can realize their dream of becoming a major airline pilot. Remember that dream?
Instead they read these sophomoric vitriol posts that do nothing to enhance our perception from public readers or to nurture that dream of young pilots, the dream we all once had.
My issue with you and many others of the "pack of wolves" WD describes is that as an American Airlines pilot it is embarrassing to think that those reading these public exchanges are left with the perception you and some others represent the professionalism of an American Airlines pilot.
Preachy? You bet. Take your antics back to CR where it belongs. If your posting on a public forum and calling yourself an American Airline's pilot everything you say and do is a representation of American. That's why CR was designed in the first place so you would have a "private" venue in which to "air our private laundry".

Back to the subject of the thread.
I think you might be right about the delay upssdown. The panel has been very thorough and waiting for the letter T guys really won't affect anything but our patience. A west friend of mine thinks they are making changes to the draft and says that happened with the Republic/Frontier/Midwest SLI. I don't know much about that one, any former Republic guys care to comment?
