(yes, I know they are making acoustics too now, but my heart is set on a custom Bourgeois parlor.)
Love my PRS, planning to buy a Martin HD-35 in a year or two. Those Bourgeois' look pretty sweet though.

I said what I said. "M.B. Fair and Equitable, and implemented at the company pleasure."

It's in the contract. Duh.

Fair and Equitable are subjective concepts, "fair" being more subjective then "equitable", hence the term of "equity" used in SLI arguments and awards which at least to some degree is more quantifiable. So when you state you expect a "Fair and Equitable" award without elaboration, that doesn't tell anyone much about your expectations and thus your agenda or lack thereof. The arbitrators list is what defines "fair" and one component they attempt to weigh to achieve that is pre-merger "equity" in the hope of maintaining that for as many as possible and disrupt that for as few as possible, thus it being termed an "equitable" result.

...and McCaskill-Bond simply defines the process of achieving that, not the result itself. The ISL will not be considered fair and equitable by all and never is. When you made that post, I still had no idea of your expectation or whether or not you had any agenda. I thought it was informationally meaningless which was the point of that post. Not trying to jerk your chain, just trying to understand better where you're coming rom.

Those D35's are beautiful, and this is their 100th anniversary year. I'm just a couch potato player so I like a smaller body, I've got a Koa OM that I love, but it's just a little too big for the couch, thus looking for a parlor. I love what PRS does with the flamed maple bodies, very pretty stuff!

Ya'll walk through the airport with that thing in a case swung on your back looking like cheesy musicians?

There is no agenda. Sorry to disappoint!

Fair, equitable, and contractual (in the company's own timing). There is nothing to add or dispute. Really.

Not disappointed, just uninformed.

Agreed. When there is no discernible information provided, there is indeed nothing to dispute and it's pointless to add to that which is non-existent and a zero sum to begin with. I guess your expectations will remain a mystery and we'll have to judge whether they have been met or not by your reaction to the ISL.

The guitars we are talking about won't ever see an airport, too expensive!

I did buy a Baby Taylor mahogany to take on trips. On my layovers I cover myself with dog crap, sit on the sidewalk outside the mission, and play for tips..

That's where the Delta hat comes in handy!

West pilots did not receive any money from USAPA yet. The court has not made their final award in NC Court. Will not be done until the end of July.

West pilots think that money will buy them love to dispute the MB results.

"I do not care too much for money, and money cant buy you love."
(paraphrasing)

alpa shill arrogant regional pilot. Your motives did not help your fellow Eagle Pilots, you wanted to help yourself. Typical alpa fodder you are.

Enjoy your first furlough soon son.
