No you didn't say exactly an "east" pilot leaked it, but the one and only rumor going around is from the east and a great victory at that.

There are four parties, East, West, LAA and management. All have told or unintentionally leaked information to individuals outside of their SLI committee's or management committee. No one has been immune.

I disagree with that. Not that pilots such as Vendetta aren't predicting some very favorable rulings, but that leaks occurred only from the East.

Each committee was presented with the arbs' answers to the five questions presented before them.
Anyone telling you otherwise is not telling the full story.

Not sure who told you this but it's not accurate. May be someone trying to withhold the negative aspects of what they were given in hopes they will improve in the final award and they do not want to provide you with those negative details.

This is what I was told. I was not a party to any part of this process thus I have no idea what positives or negatives were there. I was told exactly what I said before. I would much prefer that someone tell me the particulars as they know they to be 100% true. Now it seems to me that you hold this information but are being somewhat coy about it. If you would rather not say for sure I can understand that. PM me if you would rather do that.

As I previously stated I do not have all the details. I am not on any SLI committee. When the draft award first came out there was "slippage" of details by all four committees. Those "slippages" have completely stopped as this process has evolved into a process unlike previous mergers.
Vendetta came on this forum stating many definitive details. I did not, nor do I have that level of information. Given the timeframe of responses allowed to the draft award I agree with you, much may have changed.
I can only assume someone on the West side told you that each of the committees received "bits and pieces".
I think they are being very misleading to you. What do they mean by bits and pieces?
If they mean,
1. They were able to determine if the NIC list was used in the draft award.
and,
2. They were able to determine in the draft award if the arbitrators used LOS/CS weighting AND they were able to determine within a reasonable percentage what they were.
and,
3. They were able to determine if the arbitrators used fences in the draft award AND they were able to determine the length of those fences proposed in the draft award.
and,
4. They were able to determine according to the draft award if former TWA pilots would continue to receive protections after the implementation of the integrated seniority list.
If by "bits and pieces" they were referring to these than I agree. If they were trying to convey to you they were given no information in the draft award on these items then one of two things has occurred. They have either mislead you or the West has cause for a lawsuit because the other parties know these answers.
They would have been better served just to tell you they couldn't discuss any details due to confidentiality restrictions instead of telling you they don't know the details because they were only given partial information. They received enough information to answer all the important questions.

This entire process to me seems really unorthodox and when left to my own devices I can only come to one method. The panel proposes certain things and asked the parties to comment on those items. Now keeping in mind that this is only my view of what might have happened as I certainly don't know for sure. I can say that given the fact that we are merely days away from a month after the final briefs were due and still nothing I would have say its more than just a some small items. Now what if each committee was given 3 different proposals and asked to comment on that? I just don't know and really have no more insight than anyone else.
