Usapa went running and screaming to the Attorneys General of every state, every news outlet it could find, the FBI etc etc and came up with squat. Just like with the RICO suit, all its minions are left with is hot air, which is all they ever had in the first place.

Yeah, IMHO USAPA over played their hand, but it should have never happened.

I'm your mind you have to tell everyone all the different ways USAPA was bad and ruined your life. Sooner or later you will get over it, or you won't.

I don't think it was the same. The AOL list had our S.S numbers. I don't believe USAPA ever had your S.S. number. Would you want someone that you consider an enemy to have that? I don't think so.

I agree with the second part of your comments.

Do you know this to be 100% certain and if so please explain how you know and why the government did nothing about it. See this is where the wheels fall off the bus in that argument. The justice dept would have had no choice but to address has social security numbers had been involved but they were not so they did not press the issue. The company was in the same situation thus it was just a paid holiday for the guys courtesy of unfounded usapa drama.

Unfortunately S.S. numbers accidentally get released. It's an unfortunate consequence of using them for everything. As I recall they were embedded in the seniority list that the CP gave to AOL, and he didn't know they were attached. It was not intended to release those, hence no one lost their job or faced prosecution.

The bank called. They are tired of you showing up with a deposit slip, but no cash.

Once the arbitrators who are acting under the MB legislation rule it no longer matters what happened in the past. There is no possible way their decision will be overruled by a court of law. They have been way to diligent and they are acting under congressional legislation.
You can argue about history until you are blue in the face, but you won't change the history and your not going to change another person's opinion. Particularly opinions that have been had for the past nine years.
There are about 13,000 plus pilots that hope everyone sees the futility in continuing this Hatfield-McCoy feud any longer. Once the arbs rule, win or lose, it's over.
For the sake of those that are tired of hearing this broken record and for the sake of your own sanity (including those around you), move on.
