Easy for you to say, your personal data wasn't compromised.
Just because you couldn't prove anything doesn't mean that this data wasn't to be used for some questionable intend.
If you believe that the affected party is being "melodramatic", why don't you publish your ssn or send it to your favorite East buddy?

As an aside, the SS#'s were "embedded" in the spread sheet, and AOL people had to "promise" not to ever use them. The settlement was completely bogus and every East pilot needs to watch their accounts and identity situation very carefully going forward. Especially so if the final (and binding) award is fair and equitable. Fair and equitable is like battery acid to an angry West pilot who has already commanded an A330 in his dreams.

Edit: I believe USAPA paid for LifeLock, and not the company.

Well even more so dramatic if usapa paid for it. There was no compromise of sensitive information no crime no violation of company policy. The proof, no criminal complaint, no one's employment terminated end of the dramatic story. Oh by the way, my name, address and phone number usapa had without getting it from me and I certainly never authorized anyone that had it to release to them.
