Jack,

I wouldn't be reading to much into this post. Remember it's written by the leader of the West group. I imagine any chance he gets to throw stones at USAPA he will.

Instead of concentrating on what you would like to think the post implies. Read what he is actually implying. Don't do anything stupid. The Company is prepared to address "any" group or individual that goes off the reservation.

If so, then I'll guess Sept. 10 release or even more ominously 9/11. If that occurs, then IMO there would be no doubt the arbitrators delayed it for that reason.
Last Letter T pilots will be in the September 6 class.

Given how long this process has been going on (nearly 18 months) and that the Arbs allowed West to participate, East to reorganize which delayed the proceedings, and then they extended the comment period after the draft award was issued it only makes sense to hold out a little longer so the Letter T question can be definitively answered.

Waiting on the final Letter T pilots to return will allow the arbs to address how many of the bottom LAA pilots
will need to be shifted.

Seems until then they could issue the written award with an explanation that the final list will be issued after September 6.

That way the suspense would be over and we would all have some idea where we fit in, but would need to wait on the final list to see where we sit exactly.

The final list count will be known the morning of Sept 6th. That also gets the list prior to October 1st. A release in the days after 9/6 would seem reasonable unless the impact of the remaining Letter T guys returning has zero impact on the overall SLI award. In that case 9/6 is a meaningless date.

Much verbiage posted lately regarding the SLI announcement. SLI implementation time line should be more of a concern to those that worry about such.

Fishbowl dwellers expectations will be the most disappointed.

Fences and implementation strategy, make good neighbors, (paraphrasing) the company is in control.

As you have so eloquently stated in the past how superior you are financially to the rest of the pilots of this airline, it's easy to see and understand your desires for keeping the flames of disharmony alive.

As always I wish you well in the upcoming SLI and pray that it works out how you have predicted however I think you may be surprised.

Pilots of PHX,

The Company called me and emailed me this morning regarding Web Board postings, evidently discussing/ threatening a sick out of some sort.

I will be crystal clear.

That sort of act is an ILLEGAL job action, it does not help your leadership accomplish anything.

This puts AT RISK your fellow pilots regarding legitimate actions.

I implore you,

DO NOT DO anything other than, be the professional you are, and continue to do your job.

I will remind you, many times I told you, that the COMPANY and USAPA seemed to have, or know of posts made on that and other forums.

Assume they have ALL the 160 posts some odd posts that I a told about are in the companies possession.

Do not put yourself, or YOUR FELLOW employees in any cross hairs by posting on the indelible Internet or acting on such posts.

To assuage your concerns about the East Only Equipment Bid, I have had very encouraging conversations over the last two days regarding such. Please allow me to carry this BUCKET of MUCK.

Sincerely and Fraternally,

John

Just so I know, how did all that turn out? Seems to me that if peoples identity was stolen then you would have the basis for a criminal charge. I don't recall hearing any news about anyone being arrested and charged.
