No, they might coordinate but it's not a requirement. As of now I was told our committee will release it as soon as they get it and/or arbs allow it.

Who, outside of the NMB, can post the list BEFORE the NMB (its ruling)?

I would argue that grammar and spelling are actually different things. So a grammar monitor would not necessarily capture a spelling error, and a spelling monitor would not necessarily capture a grammar error.

You are totally correct...right after the NMB issues the ruling. So NMB.gov is your source. Laws and rulings.....tough to understand unless your are a competent lawyer/judge/mediator/arbitrator.
