Well, this all may be true, but a review of this thread shows several people claiming certainties and they all are from one pre-merger group. It's tough to come to another conclusion based on what is said here, but again, if all their integration wind here is originating from the rectum, the Nicolau award could shortly stun virtually everyone. If their wind was not from the empennage, then it will just mean one committee squealed in opposition to the arbitrators directives and the other two adhered to them, because ultimately the only accurate information could come from a committee member.
Again...the company was a party to this, right? First we heard of the draft came from Kirby at a crew news, with him scoffing at it staying confidential.
Everything that's out is a rumor. It could all be wrong, from "Ding-dong the Nic is dead" to "today is the day." We'll see.

I assume they will release the product to the parties. Rumor is they have. How they release it to us is unknown, but I would guess the parties would agree to a method and in my mind the APA would be the logical conduit as it would go to everyone at the same time. Just a guess, worth what you paid for it.
Personally I'm not holding my breath. I don't know how even the "people in the know" would know the release date because it seems unlikely that the arbitrators would set themselves a firm deadline.
Once the list is in the hands of the APA I see no reason for them to hold onto it until a Friday. That's something management likes to do, probably learned if from watching Office Space.

Well OK, let's blame the "company" then for the original leak. But that still doesn't change the fact one groups pilots have been here on this forum boasting of the certainty of the results and grinding their heels into the toes of the others, while the other two groups pilots have been essentially quiet.
Again, it's tough to not see that. I'd like to look the other way, but just like a car wreck you can't.

I'm hoping today, but wouldn't bet on it.

I agree with this.

Only east posters? Really? Just below this thread there a header for similar threads. Review the one titled something like "now USAPA wants a delay."
Here's a snippet from what I assume is a west guy since he goes by cactus320:
"There has been a one day delay. Most likely the hearings will proceed on schedule.
The East delusion of delay delay is over once and for all. Not to mention - all future East bids will use the Nicolau Award as that is now the list of the LUS pilots as 10h has been declared a DFR. The terms of the TA from the last merger have been satisfied"
How many east bids have you participated in beancounter? The west has been counting unhatched chicks for 11 years now. Loudly. Remember "Ho,Ho, Ho, St. Nic is coming to town!"?

One can only wonder if the arbitrators got wind of some premature, shall we say "exuberance" on the part of one or more parties and it influenced some last minute alterations, be it major or minor ?
I don't want to think that has any relevance, but then again it certainly can't hurt to respect their directives as in the past, I believe more then one irritated arbitrator has demonstrated a lack of sympathy toward uncooperative parties. Silent patience is probably the safest move.
