So you're telling me federal arbitrators will release the list at at time that's convenient for the company. Next thing you're gonna tell me is that they are in cahoots.

The only gloating I ever witnessed on an Sli day was in the Phoenix terminal the day the nic came out when I was flying the 320.

Not that either will stop the giddy gloating already occurring. In fact, in the latter situation, it will likely only intensify.
I disagree with you. Most things happen on Fridays at the airline. We've been told that there shouldn't be too much delay after the rebuttal period was over, which was last Wednesday. It's reasonable to assume that the following Friday is the day. My guess is that's where the rumor came from.

There was rumor last Friday that it was supposed to post. And if it doesn't post today, the rumor will become next Friday, Aug 12. and the Friday after that, and the Friday after that, and the Friday after that.

I don't think a date was leaked, I think it's just a hypothesis that's been repeated and now it suddenly holds water.

I assume they will release the product to the parties. Rumor is they have. How they release it to us is unknown, but I would guess the parties would agree to a method and in my mind the APA would be the logical conduit as it would go to everyone at the same time. Just a guess, worth what you paid for it.

Get your panties out of a bunch. The most detailed rumor I heard supposedly came out of management.

I had a west friend tell me that a certain prolific crew news captain was in the PHX crew room that day cheering the whipping they gave us.

When and at what time was the SLI result released at DL/NW and CO/UA?

No idea on them. I seem to remember the rest of ours coming from ALPA.

Speaking of... I heard a CLT f/a filed a law suit with the DoJ regarding their former union president taking a job with the company! *Who* would have thought? (shock, dismay, horror etc.)
