Well, they could always try passing out cards and certifying a new union that would support their particular seniority regime. Of course, might be hard to get a majority to buy off on a regime that involves staplers and granting people 16 years of unearned seniority, rather than a legitimate union objective like DOH or LOS.

How relatively old is this place going to be immediately post SLI? I just wanna know which one is the oldest pilot group of the legacies. Because that's the place I want to end up at as a sub-40 year old, looking at a nominal 20 year run. The rest is just ballwash.

Somehow, I don't think anyone will get over this integration until the militant East guys all retire.
