Since the draft, comments, and responses won't be published, it appears these last steps are indeed only to aid the BOA in confirming they have applied their chosen "fair & equitable" method accurately to accurate data. By now there is nothing new for them to learn or consider about the facts and circumstances. The argument/hearing phase is long past.

It's about accuracy now. Not method or opinions. Comments and responses that amount to "it isn't fair", "you are wrong", or "you should ignore them" won't be of any impact. IMHO.

One individual has reliably predicted the timing of events in the past.. He predicts as early as Friday and high probability Monday, with probability increasing everyday thereafter. It's about time to just be done and move on.

I originally heard 1 month ago August 5th was the release date from a close friend another friend who I trust said this Friday anytime after 12pm.. I'm confident all sides will be pleased with the results. Probably not the naatives, but the company is prepared to deal with "resistors" .

Your posts are becoming inconsistent.

You post the West lost the NIC. Their number 1 pilot can't even hold a Group III position. Now you say they will be pleased.

How many West pilots are pleased with those predictions?

Except for the top few pilots, in the end all will find reason to find fault with the list and reasons to be upset. It's human nature and particularly, pilot nature.

Right now it's group think (what's the list look like for my group). When the list comes out it will be individual think (all about me).

Take you for instance. Your now projected to retire sub twenty. After the integration you "may" retire sub hundred.

After the dust settles and when it sets in 80 +/- naatives went in front of you that are younger than you, you will start to lose that edge of enthusiasm.

Particularly when they start bidding Group IV PHL when the fence drops.

It's human nature. All will find a reason
to find fault with the integration. Some more than others.

There will be some naatives that were barely impacted. Some mildly impacted. And yes, some majorly impacted.

You can't group all the naatives outcomes as one blanket statement.

Your foreshadowing doom for every naative. It's not there. It's a whole lot better than the West proposal but worse than the LAA proposal for the naatives as a whole. Go figure.

Never said that aa 777 captains obviously aren't gonna be locked in Phoenix. I'm referring to the the group 2 aa fo's that believe they should be group 4 captains before already east group 3 captains. Those guys will be dissapointed unless you disagree .
