I'm just a casual observer but you make them out to be this super power... If they are as you describe then why are my Awa friends still stuck on the island in Phoenix?

Once the arbitrators award their ISL, the "West pilots" will no longer exist, just like "East pilots" or USAPA which already is a ghost of mergers past. You will just be AA pilots, so I don't see how any new "party" could harm you. Of course, this doesn't involve residual dogfighting between former East/West as you run your feud down to the last battle to determine the last man standing.

Ouch. That's going to make EJ even madder. If that's possible.

I was thinking it would be a new, secret handshake in the terminals.

$5.5M divided by 3500 East pilots is $1571. That is a small price to pay to delay the NIC for 10 years or possibly forever. Enjoy your victory West Pilots.

Sure will! The difference in seniority for the west between the NIC and the proposed east seniority cram down is priceless to us. I have 20 more years to make up for your hostage taking. It is what it is, but the west is ready to move on. Judging from the acrimony dished out around here it is apparent others may not be.
