No. This isn't correct. The Arbitrators can do whatever they want short of rearranging existing lists. They can certainly use the Nic to 1st create a US list, which makes the most sense and seems the right thing to do since other arbitrators already decided that. And they use that Nic list to merge it with the AA list. Two of the three parties to the SLI asked for it, so I'd say its about a 90% chance that they will do exactly that.

These guys can make the list any way they want.

Please read UAL CAL merger statements. The alpa policy was altered due to the nic ill fated award. The UAL and CAL sli results specifically mentioned nic was the primary reason for alpa's alteration of their sli policy.

Please provide a quote that differs from my assessment, let me help you save time, you will not be able to and will not attempt.

I will quote this post again when I ask for the reason of your "sound of silence'.
I've read the statements. Of course ALPA altered their merger policy due to the Nic, that's why they didn't concoct the Nic in the first place like you allude to in that post. You can quote your post here until you return from Scarborough Fair, but it won't improve its logic.

Yes, they may indeed use the Nic if they so choose. He is simply parroting the EPSIC's position. The 9th neither compelled nor prohibited its use. If the arbitrators do, there is nothing anyone in the East can do to subvert it this time. Personally, I still think it will not be used in pure form, but will likely have significant portions of it identifiable in the arbitrators hybrid list.

USAPA is no longer an entity. Fish bowl, west pilot for the last ten years?

How about ten more years, the company will keep separate ops for years,
at least you get to keep what you brought to all your mergers.

Does keeping what you brought to the mergers disappoint you west pilot, why?

Now, I'm a Letter T pilot (furloughed AA pilot deferring recall) ?

In the past, I was a Flow-thru, then an ALPA stooge (or both) and now this ?

Once again, you make no sense. None whatsoever.

To what end ? Misguided Retaliation ?

How can I be BOTH an "ALPA shill" AND a Letter T pilot ? What does ALPA have to do with ANY of my previous posts that have thrown you into a tizzy about the previous topics of our discussion.

I simply don't understand any of your points, including this one.

You were an eagle alpa pilot committee member.

I will take that as a no junior.
