nicolau never mentioned the transition agreement that gave west, east pension and profit sharing benefits. nicolau never mentioned that awa ceo Doug Parker was the first in line for a 400 million dollar ATSB loan.

Regardless, 10H was voted on and passed, Labor law trumps judicial branch. Legislative law trumps judicial branch. (MB legislation)

Nice try alpa shills. Freund, your gravy train ended.

katz, the mouse is out of the bag.

That right there tells you Nic had his head up his anus. Their future wasn't all that bright.

I will stipulate is was slightly better than airways, but the use of the term bright is horse manure.

Nic did not have is head in the shade, but was a lazy lame duck arbiter that decided to take the alpa money he was used to for years after being fired by Major League Baseball.

ALPA "pilot neutrals" Steve Gillen (ual) and James Brucia (cal now ual) wrote the nic opinion to advance alpa goals.

Nice try steve and jimmy boy and porky pig look alike former alpa president prater.

fruend, Best Buy is looking for greeters.

Sorry Bub, but I'm not an ALPA "shill" in the least. Regarding the above you are correct...BUT it was NEVER esteemed arbitrator Nicolau's job to factor in the transition agreement (BECAUSE HE ASSUMED THAT ALL PARTIES WOULD ABIDE BY HIS DECISION), the loss of the East Pension (BECAUSE THE OLD US AIR, YOU AND YOUR ALPA LOCAL WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT), or the NTSB Loan (BECAUSE PARKER SOUGHT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WAS GRANTED SUCH AND HE WAS PAYING HIS LOAN ON TIME).

Regardless, you still got one more bite at the apple, and the new BOA heard your case and the witnesses that you call (just like the last time).

I guess we'll see what the BOA decides, and live with the decision (BECAUSE WE ALL AGREED TO THE PROCESS AND THE PRODUCT OF THE PROCESS....RIGHT?). BTW, what makes you think that starting off the LUS pilots with the Nicolau list violates "legislative law"? Did a lawyer that you paid tell you that? Just curious.

Sorry Bub, esteemed arbitrator Nicolau was paraphrasing from expert testimony given during the proceedings.

If you were not involved, and read through the mountains of EVIDENCE, you would have come to the same conclusion (IMHO).

The arbitration result was challenged and NOT found to be biased or illegal in any way, shape or form. Not for a lack of trying, mind you.

Illogical.

If ALPA "wrote the opinion" to advance their goals, then why did they subsequently alter their merger policy to ensure what occurred in that situation as a result of Nicolau's award would NOT happen in the future ?

Was not aware of any "NTSB" loan.

What was agreed upon was no nic until a combined contract.

The use of the nic list will violate labor and legislative laws , read my post again please.

alpa altered the merger policy to save their behinds.

Please read UAL CAL merger statements. The alpa policy was altered due to the nic ill fated award. The UAL and CAL sli results specifically mentioned nic was the primary reason for alpa's alteration of their sli policy.

Please provide a quote that differs from my assessment, let me help you save time, you will not be able to and will not attempt.

I will quote this post again when I ask for the reason of your "sound of silence'.
