What your statement above has to do with that fact, I have no idea.
You are a alpa eagle rep. Are you for alpa or apa now? I guess this may depend on your seniority placement and not your principles, sir.

When you run in to prater, rice and your alpa gravy train contacts, please give them my best. Make sure you tell them this for me;

NICE TRY ALPA!! BOHICA!

WHAT DATE WERE YOU HIRED BY eagle sir?

Take two good airlines, Piedmont and PSA and what USAir did to them for starters.

WHAT EXACTLY DID USAIR DO TO PIEDMONT REGIONAL AND PSA?

Weren't you the lowest paid legacy airline pilots from 2003 til AA got you a raise?

YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE SIR ON THE FOLLOWING LINK? ALSO, PLEASE PROVIDE EAGLE PAY LINK

http://web.mit.edu/airlinedata/www/2...0PERSONNEL.htm

How many pilots did USAir furlough after September 11? How long were they furloughed?

SIR, EXACTLY WHERE WERE YOU IN YOUR CAREER DURING THE TIME FRAME YOU MENTIONED ABOVE?

How many jobs were outsourced to regional partners at USAirways?

Didn't Doug sell your E190 fleet to make ends meet?

Didn't USAirways declare CH11 bankruptcy not once, but twice?

Didn't ALPA at USAirways help you terminate your pension plan?

Yeah, you've got a lot to be proud of. Good thing Doug Parker came along and righted your ship. He's not highly regarded here, but then I guess you tried to warn us. Nice to work for a wildly profitable company isn't it?

I know there's more, but I don't have time to write a term paper..

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_Airlines

Didn't Doug sell your E190 fleet to make ends meet?

YOU SHOULD PROVIDE DATA AND DO NOT ASK OTHERS.

Didn't USAirways declare CH11 bankruptcy not once, but twice?

DID AMERICAN AIRLINES AND AMERICA WEST DECLARE CHAPTER 11?
YOUR POINT PLEASE SIR?

Didn't ALPA at USAirways help you terminate your pension plan?

ALPA did not only help the company terminate, they provided the condoms for their reps.

EAGLE FLY, YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE SIR ON EACH RESPONSE TO YOUR ACCUSATIONS ABOVE.

Eaglefly, if you could provide your american eagle airlines, now bankrupt date of hire, it would be appreciated by the readers.

Best of luck to you sir.

Sometimes those that provide such opinions that I do, have their opinions eliminated from a forum. If I am not here next week, carry on with your unadulterated opinions. Best of luck to you.
We can always find you under your other pseudonym, CLAXON, on another forum.

Over there you will be among your fellow USAPA shills that LOVED you when you were the USAPA President.

Come back when the SLI is rendered. I'm sure you will contribute to a vigorous discussion of the results.

Buh Bye!

Please refer to video below sir and provide your thoughts, no contract, no nic. ALPA video states such, USAPA took over the responsibility of their claim.

aaflagship, if you could provide your date of hire with american eagle bankrupt carrier you worked for, I would appreciate it.

Also your date of hire with mainline. Easy questions.

I asked you and eaglefly the same and you both never responded.

Your thoughts please gentlemen?

I'm not going to waste my time watching a 1 hour video about "fixing" what was agreed to and then reneged on. I'm not confused, I simply don't understand your tack as it is all divergent irrelevance to the core issue, that being agreeing to something with full knowledge of the possible risks and then not living up to your end of what you accepted. What is done after that fact is not the issue. You've provided no "facts" that explain, justify or mitigate the core issue.

Here's a perfect example of more of what I'm talking about.

What on God's green earth does my supposedly being an ALPA rep (I'm not) or any pro or con ALPA opinions I have (which BTW are decidedly negative making your assertions look not just irrelevant, but silly).

Not only are none of these claims "facts", they are irrelevant.

Again, more absurd irrelevance. Could explain the relevance of these requests to the core issue or even the material you link here ? I could ask you what your DOH is at U, your credit card number with expiration date and 3-digit code along with your Fidelity password for your 401(k) info too (they ARE simple, easy questions), but what does any of this have to do with accepting BINDING arbitration and then thwarting the result when it ended up being unfavorable ?

You know, I used to use the term "Usapian" to describe assertions and arguments that to me, sounded like they were from another planet and I have to admit, I'm getting some serious "Blast from the Past".

When you have something to say about the core issue instead of deflection, let me know.
