No. Wrong. I guess you suffer from the same selective understanding as USAPA The injunctions coming down from a Federal Judge aren't a "tactic" as you're suggesting...rather selfishly obviously. It's just the law. That's how this works. The East Pilots didn't fool anyone by using USAPA as an organized crime syndicate and they've been busted. This situation is 10 steps above your pay grade. LAA didn't give two sh**s about USAPA until the merger. Believe me. You don't understand what you're talking about. Spend a decade self funding your defense all the while being forced to pay for your opposition and we'll talk. The only union that will be dying a slow painful death is USAPA. It can't happen soon enough. If there's any justice then the officers behind USAPA will soon be bankrupt as well. Enjoy your ill gotten gains while you still can.

AOL is absolutely nothing but the administrative arm of the West pilots legal defense. AOL was created when USAPA was created. The PROBLEM is now, and always has been, the Illegal behavior of the East pilots. You've been busted. Finally. And now, you want to blame the victims. Nice try.

Real, Unified labor unions are doing just fine. Fake, Illegal, stalking horse Unions designed to be used as a weapon against a minority group that operate like organized crime...ie USAPA, They aren't doing to well these days. I hope the West pilots strip every single dime they can for those fake "officers".

I could not make heads or tails about the point of your rambling incoherent first paragraph. It sounded like nothing more than frustrated venting, but I get that. As for the second paragraph, that is one of my main points and yet another Westie besides the boat commander confirms exactly that, that being that the West plans to make APA (and thus LAA pilots) the surrogate piñata for past Usapa actions because the old piñata Usapa isn't satisfying to whack anymore as they are all but irrelevant and the remains of the dangling carcass is empty.

Nothing new there.

But it is interesting to note your claims above seem to conflict with......
